Join NeoWork as the Chief of Staff and work closely with the executive team to drive strategic initiatives, optimize operations, and ensure seamless communication across the organization. You will manage strategic projects, facilitate effective decision-making, and assist in the development and execution of business strategies. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a keen analytical mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. As a key advisor, trusted partner, and operational leader, you will be responsible for prioritizing and executing strategic initiatives, facilitating communication and collaboration across departments, overseeing the execution of key projects, preparing and presenting reports, serving as a mentor, managing internal and external relationships, driving organizational change, conducting research and analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a Chief of Staff, Director of Operations, or similar position
- 3+ years for a US startup / tech company, and must be comfortable with fast-paced demanding environment
- Proven experience in managing strategic projects and leading cross-functional teams
- Social media management experience
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience in developing and implementing operational strategies
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Owned computer or laptop and stable internet connectivity
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the CEO, and executive team to prioritize and execute strategic initiatives
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to ensure alignment on goals and objectives
- Oversee the execution of key projects and initiatives, tracking progress and adjusting plans as necessary
- Prepare and present reports and updates to the executive team on key performance indicators and business metrics
- Serve as a mentor to other leaders and team members throughout the organization
- Manage internal and external relationships, representing the CEO and executive team as needed
- Drive organizational change and implement best practices that enhance operational efficiency
- Conduct research, analysis, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
