Join Mantra Health, an award-winning digital mental health provider, as their Chief of Staff. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, operational execution, and company-wide effectiveness. You will blend high-level strategy with hands-on execution, supporting Mantraโs growth while improving leadership effectiveness and operational efficiency. This position requires a strategic operator with 6+ years of experience in high-growth environments and strong project management, analytical, and communication skills. Mantra offers competitive compensation and benefits, including a base salary of $140,000-$160,000 plus a performance bonus, stock options, comprehensive health insurance, flexible work location, generous PTO, and parental leave.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience driving execution and operational excellence in high-growth environments, ideally in a private equity-backed tech-enabled services company (100-1,000 employees)
- Thrive in a fast-moving environment where you can manage complex, cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and progress while staying adaptable to shifting priorities. Capable of representing the CEO in high-stakes meetings and driving decisions forward
- Use data and structured analysis to inform decision-making, optimize processes, and ensure high-quality execution in everything from board materials to strategic initiatives. Strong proficiency in financial modeling, business analytics, and translating insights into action
- Comfortable working closely with senior leadership, anticipating needs, distilling complex information, and managing high-stakes communications with clarity and precision. Strong presentation and storytelling skills with experience creating investor decks and board materials
- Highly organized, with a strong ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, driving accountability and operational efficiency across teams. Advanced project management skills with a track record of delivering high-impact initiatives on time
- Deeply aligned with Mantraโs mission, vision, and values, with a strong commitment to improving mental health care access and outcomes
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic initiatives by collaborating with the CEO and senior leadership to execute high-impact projects and company-wide operations
- Optimize leadership operations by managing and coordinating senior leadership meetings, driving executive decision-making processes, and ensuring key initiatives stay on track
- Lead the preparation of board materials, investor presentations, and key reports to support fundraising and strategic decision-making
- Oversee and execute complex, high-priority projects across teams, sometimes representing the CEO to maintain momentum and alignment
- Partner with the CEO to optimize CEOโs time and schedule, executive offsites, and critical business communications, ensuring priorities are effectively managed
Preferred Qualifications
- An additional 2+ years in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development
- Experience in healthcare, digital health, or ed-tech
- MBA from a top-tier program
