Summary

Join Feedzai as their Chief of Staff, a strategic partner to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team (SLT). This high-impact role requires a sharp operator skilled in strategy, execution, and organizational dynamics. You will own cross-functional projects, facilitate high-level decisions, and ensure strategic goals are met. Responsibilities include strategic advising, leading special projects, enabling decision-making, improving organizational effectiveness, and fostering company culture. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication, judgment, and experience working with C-level executives. This is a remote position.

Requirements

  • Highly trusted operator with a track record of working closely with C-level executives
  • Strategic thinker who can see the big picture and get into the weeds without getting lost in them
  • Exceptionally strong communicator—clear, concise, and persuasive across all levels
  • Emotionally intelligent, low-ego, and deeply committed to company success over individual recognition
  • Experienced in navigating ambiguous, fast-moving environments with calm and focus
  • Known for discretion, good judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive information
  • 7–10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or an executive office role
  • Experience managing or influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted thought partner to the CEO and SLT on strategic planning and business priorities
  • Act as a gatekeeper and filter for incoming requests, ensuring the CEO and SLT stay focused on high-leverage work
  • Partner with leadership to ensure time and energy are spent on the right forums, meetings, and initiatives
  • Lead and drive mission-critical, cross-functional projects from scoping to execution
  • Ensure special initiatives align with company strategy and are resourced and executed effectively
  • Example projects may include market expansion, exec offsites, or strategic client engagements
  • Synthesize data and stakeholder input into crisp decision-ready materials and recommendations
  • Own executive meeting operations, agenda setting, material prep, alignment, and follow-through
  • Facilitate strategic forums including SLT meetings, Board meetings, and high-stakes client sessions
  • Identify bottlenecks across teams and partner with functions to resolve issues swiftly
  • Unblock execution and accelerate progress by bridging communication gaps and pushing through ambiguity
  • Step in where needed to support org-wide momentum on top-priority programs
  • Act as a trusted steward of company culture and a driver of organizational clarity and alignment
  • Champion internal communications and change management during periods of growth or transformation
  • Mentor high-potential talent and foster leadership maturity across the organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience supporting or partnering with C-suite executives preferred
  • Bonus: Experience in fintech, payments, or high-growth B2B environments
