Summary

Join Komodo Health as the Executive Chief of Staff and drive our leadership team through effective collaboration, leading to decisive planning and actions for business growth. Partner with the founders to drive key initiatives, provide real-time organizational insights, and facilitate key information exchange. Increase the value of executive team interactions by designing agendas, facilitating decision-making, building action plans, and tracking progress. Collaborate in setting, monitoring, and achieving organizational objectives. Implement processes and tools to enhance executive team effectiveness and decision-making. Elevate team health and performance, becoming an indispensable member of the Office of the Founders. This role requires a blend of behind-the-scenes influence and front-stage direction to achieve organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • Passion for working within the healthcare tech space, working knowledge of business strategy, consulting, SaaS, or healthcare adjacent fields
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, including experience working concurrently across multiple cross-functional workstreams
  • Deep emotional intelligence, empathy, influencing, and communication skills - to be the voice of our founders while also adapting to a diverse set of working styles and priorities within our leadership team
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset to support prioritization, recommendations, and decision making - able to absorb and synthesize complex information for our executives
  • Balance between managing highly detailed initiatives while also stepping back and identifying trends within our organization to enable effective course changes

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate weekly, monthly, and quarterly touchpoints for Komodo’s executive team, including prioritizing agendas, gathering relevant data and insights, recording decisions, and tracking action plans
  • Proactively partner with functional leaders to surface key discussion and decision topics to the executive team
  • Coordinate with functional leaders to ensure deliverables are on time, discussion topics are prioritized, and decisions are cascaded to the correct stakeholders
  • Identify, surface, and appropriately escalate key cross-functional insights to the founders in real-time
  • Identify gaps and propose recommendations to make time, decisions, and information all more effective for our executive team as a unit
  • Own and execute select cross-functional special projects on behalf of the founders
  • Partner with teams such as communications and executive operations to help enable our founders to focus on strategic priorities and decision-making
