Summary
Join Karat's Founders' Office team as Chief of Staff and serve as a strategic partner to the Co-Founder & President. You will play a key role in driving organizational strategy and operations, product launches, and key client and partnerships. Responsibilities include managing operational excellence, setting strategic goals, managing meeting agendas, attending meetings on behalf of the President, working with direct reports, serving as a strategic thought-partner, supporting client relationships, and managing special projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-growth environments, translating strategy into operational plans, managing complex projects, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. This remote position is open to candidates residing in IL, OR, TX, and WA only. Immigration sponsorship is not available.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability delivering results in a high-growth, quick-change environment
- Experience translating strategy into operational plans and driving outcomes against those plans
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, including the ability to influence and inspire all levels, and demonstrated ability to draw out the best in others
- Expert verbal and written communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Manage operational excellence in support of the objectives of this office
- Help set strategic goals and objectives, including critical sales and ship targets, ruthlessly prioritizing to ensure key objectives are met
- Manage meeting cadence and agenda to ensure information flows effectively across the company
- Attend meetings with or on behalf of the President, and manage follow-up actions and next steps
- Work closely with the President's direct reports to help move projects forward and ensure teams are well-prepared for meetings
- Serve as a strategic thought-partner and operational executor for Karat’s President on a wide range of projects that cut across the business, including supporting client relationships and deals throughout the Go To Market Lifecycle
- Support with communications, public appearances, client engagement, and other external commitments
- Manage special projects that cut across various business teams' work as needed
