This role requires 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, strong project management skills, and excellent communication skills. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, scale-up environment (ideally in operational roles or consulting with implementation experience)
  • Experience in driving organizational change and process optimization, especially in customer-centric teams
  • Strong hands-on project management skills, with a focus on measurable outcomes
  • Empathy and excellent communication skills, able to align diverse stakeholders and lead change
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus, but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Bridge the gap between Joachim and the management team, aligning strategic priorities with day-to-day execution
  • Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring they are set up and executed hands-on
  • Transform processes from vertical silos to customer-centric, horizontal workflows across teams
  • Work on building and implementing dashboards, KPIs, and other tools to measure and optimize commercial processes
  • Collaborate with leaders to improve the efficiency of teams along the entire customer journey
  • Drive organizational change with a focus on execution and pragmatic solutions
  • Optimize operational processes, ensuring the organization can scale effectively in line with business priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in consulting with operational experience in high-growth companies
  • Experience working in DACH region with a focus on organizational transformation and process improvement
