Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in a Chief of Staff, strategic operations, business management, or similar leadership role
- You have a track record of supporting CEOs or senior executives in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
- Exceptionally strong project management and execution skills
- You are able to juggle multiple initiatives, keep teams on task, and drive projects to completion on time
- You excel at process design and optimization, always seeking ways to make things work better and more efficiently
- A big-picture thinker who can also roll up their sleeves
- Equally comfortable brainstorming at the 30,000-foot level and diving into the trenches to ensure plans are implemented properly
- No task is too small or too large if it moves the mission forward
- Thrives in fast-moving environments and can navigate ambiguity with ease
- You adapt quickly to new information and changing circumstances, maintaining composure and effectiveness amid rapid growth and change
- Startup agility and a solutions-oriented mindset are a must

Responsibilities
- Serve as the connective tissue across their companies, driving strategic execution and overseeing day-to-day business operations to ensure the Founder’s directives are implemented effectively and on time
- Act as a bridge between the Founder and the leadership teams of each venture, ensuring clarity of priorities, seamless communication, and alignment with their overall strategy and mission
- Regularly communicate the Founder's vision to all departments so that everyone is moving in concert toward shared goals
- Continually evaluate and improve internal processes and operating systems
- Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and implement solutions that enhance productivity, transparency, and scalability across teams
- Lead and manage high-priority projects and strategic initiatives from concept through completion
- Establish project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, and monitor progress to ensure objectives are met
- Step in to remove roadblocks, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and keep everyone accountable for their commitments
- Partner with the Founder on business development activities, including managing new client onboarding, client proposals, and special initiatives to drive growth
- Interface with key clients and external partners when needed, representing the Founder and ensuring relationships are managed with professionalism and care
- Take the Founder's unique ideas, methodologies, and frameworks and help document and systematize them
- Turn big-picture concepts into scalable processes and playbooks that teams can implement across the organization
- Provide oversight and execution support for ad-hoc projects that fall outside the usual organizational structure or require cross-department coordination
- Ensure these special projects are given the attention needed and that follow-through is flawless on all action items
- Work closely with functional leaders in marketing, sales, operations, product, and other areas to track progress against goals
- Facilitate interdepartmental collaboration, ensure information flows to the right people, and assist in data-driven decision-making at the executive level
- Keep a strong pulse on the marketing division's business plan and growth targets
- Ensure that the division's key growth initiatives and holistic business objectives are executed precisely and that the agency continues to innovate and deliver outstanding results for their clients
- Act as a confidant and advisor to the Founder
- Prepare briefing materials, research as needed, and offer input to support the Founder's decision-making
- You’ll provide a “sounding board” for ideas and help anticipate any obstacles or resource needs for upcoming initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in marketing, venture building, consulting, or scaling startups is highly preferred
