Summary

Join GRID as a Partnerships Team Lead and spearhead the company's partnered content strategy. You will be responsible for managing the entire partnerships team, ensuring smooth onboarding and commercial process management of all partnered content. This role requires close collaboration with various departments, including sales, finance, and support, to optimize internal communication and partner experience. You will monitor commercial process fulfillment, manage budget allocation, and troubleshoot any process blockers. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with a high attention to detail and a sense of urgency. Requirements

  • Confident and composed social skills, a people person, even under time constraints and pressure
  • A strong personality, able to handle challenging conversations as well as ensure partners always feel valued and respected
  • Extremely diligent, a high attention to detail, and a sense of urgency in dealing with late or low-quality pieces in the process chain
  • Confidence and ability to lead and organise a team of staff, and competence in delegation and ensuring the fulfilment of daily tasks
  • Ability to navigate interpersonal relationships to collaborate and manage task fulfilment across staff members who are not direct line reports smoothly

Responsibilities

  • Lead the whole partnerships team and be the central point of responsibility for all incoming partnered content for GRID
  • Ensure the correct onboarding and commercial process management of all partnered content for GRID
  • Monitor and report to the Chief Procurement Officer on commercial process fulfilment for all partnered content
  • On consultation with the Chief Procurement Officer, manage and troubleshoot any blockers in the commercial partnerships process
  • Work closely with the Chief Financial Officer and the business data team to conduct quarterly budgeting and manage the allocation of expenditures for different projects
  • Act as a bridge to ensure that communication between the partnership team and the support and sales teams is smooth and timely
  • Delegate and ensure the fulfillment of tasks by partnerships managers related to the commercial partnerships process, such as event onboarding, reporting, and cost tracking
