Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Asana, and cloud-based document management systems
- Strong background in optimizing workflows and implementing process improvements
- High proficiency in written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
- Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity
Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative and strategic support to the CEO and executive team
- Manage complex schedules and prioritize tasks across multiple time zones
- Leverage AI-driven tools to enhance productivity and streamline daily tasks
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve workflows and processes
- Implement new technologies to drive efficiency across the organization
- Ensure both the CEO and the team are utilizing AI to its fullest potential
- Draft and manage high-level communications, including emails, presentations, and reports
- Ensure all documents reflect the companyโs voice and messaging standards
- Produce content on LinkedIn
- Manage timelines and resources for special projects and initiatives
- Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Plan detailed travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and meetings
- Create some basic marketing collaterals
Preferred Qualifications
- Graphic design experience using Canva or similar platforms
- Proficiency in both English and Thai
- Sales experience, particularly in drafting outreach messages and developing client engagement strategies
- Experience creating marketing collateral
