Chief People & Culture Officer

Summary

The Chief People & Culture Officer at Centering Healthcare Institute will lead HR, DEIB efforts, and employee engagement, with a focus on racial equity. The role requires 10 years of experience in human resources, DEIB, and people/culture teams, preferably in a non-profit or social change organization.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience leading human resources, employee relations/engagement, and DEIB and people/culture teams
• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience leading nonprofit human resources, people, culture, and DEIB functions

Responsibilities

• Lead as a thought partner and counselor to the CEO and Executive team for all internal DEIB and HR strategies
• Serve as a key member of the Executive team, coaching senior staff on effective implementation of DEIB and HR strategies
• Set a clear vision and direction for Centering Healthcare Institute’s DEIB strategy
