Requirements
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- At least ten years of tech leadership experience, ideally within startups or innovative tech environments
- Proven experience in building and leading high-performing tech teams
- Strong knowledge of tech platforms and architectures, particularly AI, blockchain, and data analytics
- Outstanding project management skills
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and visionary thinking
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively at all internal and external levels
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's technological strategy in alignment with business goals
- Lead the tech team, promoting a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning
- Oversee all system design, development, and maintenance for our platforms
- Ensure our tech stack is robust, scalable, and secure, meeting current and future needs
- Engage with stakeholders and partners to ensure TexChange stays at the forefront of industry innovations
- Collaborate with other department leads to ensure technology supports and drives the company's goals
- Manage tech budgets, ensuring optimal ROI
