Summary

Join Grow Therapy as a Client Acquisition Manager and lead a team of new client booking specialists. You will be responsible for coaching and driving team performance, hitting booking targets, monitoring rep performance, developing rep skills, maintaining high CSAT ratings, and building a supportive team culture. Responsibilities

  • Coaching and leading our team of new client booking specialists to answer calls and convert callers into clients at a rate of 35%
  • Hitting a target of 500+ bookings per week
  • Monitoring rep in call availability and time on calls. >80% of on-call productivity daily excluding meetings, QA, breaks, and 1:1s
  • Developing reps to see improvement with regards to conversation skills, and client problem solving
  • Maintaining and exceeding a team average CSAT rating >90%
  • Building a supportive and collaborative team culture that creates an engaging and fulfilling work environment
