• 8+ years of agency account experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to develop and grow client relationships in a highly creative and passionate environment
• Collaborative, curious, confident, and empathetic, with strong initiative and follow-through skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client relationship liaison between client and agency, fostering trust and confidence in the partnership
• Foster account growth through providing strategic counsel and effective solutions
• Proactively oversee day-to-day operations of assigned accounts, creating an environment for thriving client and Liquid team relationships
• Drive the financial health of assigned accounts, focusing on revenue growth and profit margins
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients’ business objectives, collaborating with other disciplines to manage expectations and mitigate conflicts
