Summary

Join our growing Onboarding Team as an Onboarding Manager! This role involves managing the onboarding of clients using our industry-leading sensor technology. You will work with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth implementations and effective communication. The salary range is £30,000-£35,000.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Workshop & Technical Operations team to execute complex onboarding plans to streamline the customer through our implementation phase
  • Use tools to manage customers through onboarding ensuring key actions and milestones are met whilst effectively communicating progress internally and externally
  • Uncover, document and resolve problems and subsequent solutions during the customers’ onboarding journey
  • Curate in depth and informative handovers to handover the customer relationship effectively post deployment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have direct experience implementing complex hardware and software solutions
  • Possess intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel/Google sheets
  • Hold a degree in a technical, scientific or analytical discipline
