Responsibilities

• Create detailed internal documentation outlining website construction based on client requirements
• Engage directly with clients to gather essential information and craft tailored content strategies
• Transcribe meetings and analyze discussions to ensure thorough understanding and documentation of client needs
• Gather data through site scraping techniques to enrich documentation and enhance website content
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project execution aligns with timelines and quality standards
• Develop clear instructional content within documentation to guide the website construction process
• Participate in client meetings to identify key elements for developing internal guidelines and project requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies
• Familiarity with SEO optimization and conducting keyword research
