Summary
Join Celonis, a global leader in Process Mining technology, and become part of our Strategic Account Team. You will focus on selling to large telecommunication enterprises in Germany and Austria, building and maintaining customer relationships. Responsibilities include managing global players in the Utility, Telco, or FSI industries, engaging with C-level stakeholders, representing Celonis' solutions, and achieving individual revenue targets. This role requires extensive experience in management consulting or enterprise software sales, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills in German and English. Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in management/business process consulting including responsibility to manage senior stakeholders and secure new project wins
- Or 10+ years of experience selling enterprise business software at C-level (CFO, CPO, COOโฆ) in a new business focused field sales role
- Strong business acumen with a thorough understanding of processes and KPIs within Finance and Supply Chain
- Experience in building trusted relationships with senior LOB stakeholders
- Solid understanding of the Utilities, Telco or FSI industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English
- Ability to adapt to a fast moving, ever changing, high growth environment and approach challenges with positivity, creative thinking, and a growth mindset
- Willingness to be collaborative, inclusive, to embrace diversity and to have strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to leverage internal resources and work as a team
Responsibilities
- Manage global players in the Utlility, Telco or FSI industry, from a new business and - in some cases - existing customer perspective, land-and-expand is the typical model
- Engage cross line-of-business at C-level and below
- Represent the entire Celonis suite of solutions with a focus on our sales motions for Finance and Supply Chain
- Hold an individual revenue target for closing six-seven-figure deals within your accounts
- Engage closely with partners e.g, consulting firms and SaaS vendors
- Drive complex sales cycles through orchestrating virtual teams including business development representatives, marketing managers, partner managers, sales engineers / pre-sales, customer success managers, professional services, implementation partnersโฆ
