Senior Client Partner

Summary

Join Unity's Industry sales team as a Client Partner, selling a full range of products to industry customers working on AR, VR, digital twin, Web 3.0, Metaverse, and Industry 4.0 applications. You will manage sales pipelines, consult with clients, and close new customer relationships. This role requires direct sales experience, exceeding revenue targets, and strategic agreement development. You'll collaborate with internal and channel partners. Relocation and visa sponsorship are not offered. The base pay is between $80,000 and $100,000 USD.

Requirements

• Field-based direct sales/business development experience
• Experience in consistently meeting or exceeding challenging individual revenue targets
• Proven ability to structure, develop and implement strategic agreements
• Experience representing a technology company and working with CTOs, engineers, or other technical staff to build solutions

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a sales pipeline of customer leads and accounts in our Americas region across multiple industries/product verticals
• Consult, educate, and successfully sell Unity’s technology through customer contact leading the full sales process from identifying opportunities, through to closing new customer relationships
• Contribute to the team with new ways of outreaching to prospects and bringing innovation to our thinking and processes to achieve success
• Identify new business opportunities within current and new prospect segments
• Lead internal core teams responsible for the entire account relationship
• Collaborate with channel partners to both drive increased revenue and ensure we are fully supporting our customers throughout the entire customer journey

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct sales experience with technology licensing
• Expertise in strategic partnership structures, contract negotiation, deal closing, as well as experience in measuring, promoting, and maintaining customer engagement
• Experience and in-depth knowledge of the technical components of real-time 3D development
