Requirements
- 12+ years in professional services/consulting, with a mix of delivery and sales experience
- Broad knowledge the financial services industries and trends
- Strong executive presence with the ability to navigate complex client relationships
- Deep expertise in technology consulting & ServiceNow ecosystem
- A strategic thinker who also knows how to get things done
- Ability to drive measurable growth, profitability, and client success
Responsibilities
- Grow and Manage Key Accounts: Oversee a portfolio of $5M-$10M+ across banking, insurance, capital markets, etc... driving strategic expansion and revenue growth
- Deliver Excellence: Partner with delivery teams to ensure top-tier project success and maximize client satisfaction (CSAT)
- Consult & Advise: Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients unlock the full power of their ServiceNow platform
- Lead Without Limits: Influence across our global organization, working with delivery, sales, and advisory teams to shape the future of digital transformation
