Requirements

• 12+ years in professional services/consulting, with a mix of delivery and sales experience
• Strong executive presence with the ability to navigate complex client relationships
• Deep expertise in technology consulting & ServiceNow ecosystem

Responsibilities

• Grow and Manage Key Accounts: Oversee a portfolio of $5M-$10M+, driving strategic expansion and revenue growth
• Deliver Excellence: Partner with delivery teams to ensure top-tier project success and maximize client satisfaction (CSAT)
• Consult & Advise: Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients unlock the full power of their ServiceNow platform
• Lead Without Limits: Influence across our global organization, working with delivery, sales, and advisory teams to shape the future of digital transformation
