Summary

Join YouGov’s Data Products Client Services team and contribute to delivering impactful, data-driven insights to major global brands. As a Client Services Analyst, you will support clients using YouGov’s BrandIndex and Profiles products. Key responsibilities include client onboarding and training, creating insightful reports, conducting data analysis, and presenting actionable recommendations. This role demands strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a client-focused approach. Prior research or analyst experience is beneficial but not required. Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher (fields such as marketing, business, economics, psychology, market research, or analytics are a plus)
  • Possess strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables
  • Showcase strong communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, data-driven narratives
  • Exhibit the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a service-oriented mindset, with enthusiasm for working in a client-facing role
  • Display intellectual curiosity, a passion for solving problems with data, and a drive to succeed

Responsibilities

  • Become a product expert: Develop fluency in BrandIndex and Profiles, understanding the platforms’ data and functionality to guide clients effectively
  • Support onboarding & training: Help new and existing clients maximize the value of YouGov’s data products through clear, effective training and support
  • Deliver insights & reporting: Create and present recurring insights reports on brand tracking, market sizing, audience profiling, and other core research needs
  • Analyze data & tell compelling stories: Translate complex data into actionable insights that answer clients’ strategic business questions
  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Account Management and Sector Leads to ensure a seamless client experience and drive business growth

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have prior experience as a researcher or analyst, or experience translating data into compelling stories
  • Possess exposure to client-facing projects or consulting
  • Demonstrate familiarity with business intelligence tools like Tableau or PowerBI
