Client Services Representative

Summary

The Client Services Representative manages remote client support by handling inbound calls and emails, answering operational support questions, processing part orders, and dispatching technicians. They should have a technical nature, strong customer service skills, and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. The position requires at least 1 year of customer service experience, communication skills, technical understanding, documentation skills, decision-making abilities, time management skills, experience with support ticketing software, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications, and strong organization/communication skills.

• Answer and resolve basic product operational support questions from customers
• Process part orders and dispatch technicians
