Requirements

  • Strategy Development: Create and implement effective marketing strategies that meet client needs
  • Account Management: Manage retention marketing programs for multiple brands, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
  • Client Understanding: Demonstrate a deep understanding of client business needs and translate them into marketing strategies
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze and track data to maximize the performance of email and other retention marketing campaigns
  • Client Communication: Communicate marketing insights and reports on performance, and plan for further development
  • Team Alignment: Ensure the Activations team has clear instructions and is aligned with the overall strategy
  • Service Expansion: Successfully upsell and cross-sell services, increasing revenue and client engagement
  • Thought Leadership: Provide valuable industry insights to the marketing team to enhance the company’s reputation as an industry leader

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Strategize, formulate, and execute email, SMS, and other retention marketing strategies
  • Communicate insights and reports on performance
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive overall positive client experience
  • Work with the Client Strategy Manager to manage multiple client accounts
  • Collaborate with the Activations team to ensure thorough strategy and instructions, aligning everyone on the overall strategy
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional services to clients to enhance their marketing efforts
  • Share industry insights and information with marketing to position the company as a thought leader
