Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing client relationships within the IT industry or nearshoring services
  • Demonstrable experience in human resources managing talent in roles with direct client contact, ensuring alignment with project requirements and providing excellent service
  • Solid knowledge of performance management, including setting expectations, monitoring performance, and troubleshooting
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and collaborators, ensuring that expectations are met and exceeded
  • Experience offering and promoting services to clients to align with their changing needs
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to act as a mediator between clients and collaborators
  • Familiarity with HR policies and practices, especially regarding vacations, attendance, and compliance
  • Experience working with tools such as Google Calendar, Workable, Circle Back, or project and HR management tools
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and proactive communication
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and assess their needs, including identifying new vacancies or staffing requirements
  • Offer and promote the company's additional services, ensuring that clients are aware of our full service offering
  • Monitor and support the performance of the collaborators assigned to clients, ensuring that all team members meet or exceed expectations
  • Ensure that talent is aligned with client needs, including skills matching and performance tracking
  • Address any challenges related to team performance or deliverables, escalating issues as needed
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with collaborators to ensure they are meeting the objectives of their assignment and adhering to company policies
  • Maintain regular communication with collaborators to ensure they are properly introduced to their assignments, meet project requirements, and follow established processes
  • Ensure that collaborators follow company policies regarding attendance, vacations, and other HR-related matters
  • Work closely with the HR and Administration department to ensure smooth onboarding, continuous training, and other talent management processes
  • Foster a positive work environment, addressing any concerns related to collaborator engagement or satisfaction
  • Act as a liaison between the client and talent, ensuring that the needs of both parties are consistently met
  • Ensure that all assignments run smoothly and intervene when necessary to guarantee success
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on client satisfaction and talent performance

Preferred Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a similar Client & Talent Success or Client Operations role in the nearshoring or IT services sector
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and familiarity with project management tools is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and collaborators
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality services
  • Proactive and able to take initiative to solve problems and improve client satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
