Join Rubrik as a strategic HR Business Partner to support the Americas Sales organization. You will act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, shaping the future of Rubrik's sales organization through various initiatives. As a key member of the Americas Sales leadership team, you will cultivate a high-performing, inclusive culture and deliver scalable HR solutions. The position requires strong business acumen, partnership building skills, and the ability to translate business priorities into effective people strategies. You will work across stakeholders in a complex, global, and matrixed environment, requiring collaboration and conflict resolution skills. The ideal candidate will possess a growth mindset, resilience, adaptability, and a commitment to driving change to meet evolving business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
- OR Master's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
- 3+ years of directly applicable HR business partner experience
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Americas Sales leadership to align people strategies with business objectives
- Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders, providing counsel on organizational effectiveness, leadership, and culture
- Help build a strong, engaged team culture that attracts, develops, and retains top cybersecurity talent
- Develop and execute a unified people strategy in collaboration with global HRBPs and functional leaders
- Translate business needs into HR strategies that support growth and performance
- Lead organization design and change initiatives that improve efficiency, agility, and accountability
- Use data and insights to drive strategic decisions and improve organizational health
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Compensation teams to implement comprehensive talent strategies
- Influence leadership decisions related to succession, capability building, and workforce planning
- Assess leadership capabilities and drive programs to elevate performance and effectiveness
- Support leadership transitions, onboarding, and development planning
- Champion Rubrikโs values and foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and inclusion
- Lead initiatives that enhance employee experience and engagement across the region
- Design and lead change management efforts to support organizational shifts
- Create strategies for stakeholder engagement, communications, and change adoption
Preferred Qualifications
- Master of Business Administration, Masterโs Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5+ years of directly applicable HR business partner experience
