Summary

The job is for a Client Success Partner at 360Learning, responsible for partnering with clients to achieve their business and digital training strategy through the 360Learning platform. The role involves managing customer relationships, auditing and analyzing platform usage, defining learning & development roadmaps, and ensuring contract renewals.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a Customer Success role
  • Previous experience of working in the SaaS industry
  • Knowledge of customer success KPIs

Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to achieve their business and digital training strategy through the 360Learning platform
  • Manage customer relationships
  • Audit and analyze platform usage to identify opportunities
  • Define the Learning & Development roadmap & strategy with your client, and identify new use cases to deploy on the platform
  • Ensure the renewal of contracts by helping our customers achieve their desired outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience of working in Learning & Development or in the Training Organizations sector is a great plus, but not a prerequisite
  • A keen interest for education and e-learning in particular
