Summary
Join Hippocratic AI as a Clinical GTM Recruiter (Contract) and play a key role in building our team by hiring exceptional talent who bridge clinical expertise and go-to-market (GTM) capabilities. This 3-month contract position, with potential for extension, focuses on recruiting nurses with customer success (CS) experience. You will oversee the entire hiring process, develop and maintain a targeted pipeline of clinical candidates, collaborate with hiring managers, and evaluate candidates for clinical expertise and GTM competencies. You will also provide data-driven insights and ensure a positive candidate experience. The role requires 5-10 years of recruiting experience with a strong clinical and GTM hiring track record, experience managing high-volume recruitment, and proven ability to source passive candidates. Hippocratic AI is developing the first safety-focused Large Language Model (LLM) for healthcare, with a mission to improve healthcare accessibility and outcomes.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of recruiting experience, with a strong clinical and GTM hiring track record
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment campaigns or projects
- Experience recruiting candidates for customer success, account management, or other GTM roles in healthcare or health tech
- Demonstrated ability to engage passive candidates and build pipelines for niche roles
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire hiring process for roles focused on nurses with customer success (CS) experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Develop and maintain a targeted pipeline of clinical candidates with strong GTM skills in customer success, account management, or similar roles
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand specific hiring needs and create tailored recruitment strategies
- Evaluate candidates for clinical expertise (e.g., nursing qualifications) and GTM competencies (e.g., client-facing and strategic skills)
- Provide hiring teams with actionable market insights, including trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor analysis
- Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate journey through transparent and timely communication
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with nursing qualifications and certifications (e.g., RN, BSN)
- Familiarity with recruiting in the healthcare technology sector
