Summary
Join Temporal, a rapidly growing open-source software company, as a Cloud Partnerships and GTM Builder. You will play a key role in accelerating our Cloud partnerships and go-to-market strategy by generating new business, driving deal acceleration, optimizing our Marketplace presence, and embedding Temporal into the AI GTM motions of Cloud vendors. This position requires direct experience building and scaling Cloud partnerships, demonstrated success in sourcing business from Cloud vendors, and effective collaboration with internal teams. You will build and maintain executive-level relationships across Cloud partners and develop comprehensive GTM strategies. Requirements
- Direct experience building and scaling Cloud partnerships from the ground up into something special
- Demonstrated success sourcing business from the Cloud vendors, as well as driving deal acceleration through a scaled co-sell motion with the Cloud vendors
- Experience working effectively with internal sales, product, and marketing teams to accelerate Cloud GTM initiatives and results
- Established ability to build new executive-level relationships across Cloud partners
- Maniacal attention to detail, excellent work ethic and unwavering commitment to delivering business results
- Highly motivated self-starter - you thrive in high-growth, high-velocity, and high-expectation environments and are excited by the chance to build and scale GTM motions from the ground up
Responsibilities
- Generate net new business through deep engagement with the right teams at the Cloud vendors
- Drive deal acceleration through Cloud co-sell strategy and execution
- Optimize and scale our Marketplace presence across all Clouds
- Embed Temporal into the AI GTM motions of the Cloud vendors, positioning Temporal front and center for AI and agentic workloads
- Identify and execute big bets with each of the Cloud vendors that alter the trajectory of Temporal
- Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for our Cloud partnerships, including co-selling motions, sales plays, enablement programs, and joint business plans
- Drive deal execution via the Cloud vendors as a co-pilot to our sales teams
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships across Cloud partners
