Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in cold calling or outbound sales, preferably with a focus on appointment setting
- Native-level English proficiency with strong verbal communication skills
- Experience working with CRMs (experience with GoHighLevel is a plus)
- Ability to handle objections and pass the "doorman" to reach decision-makers
- High level of persistence and motivation to achieve targets and goals
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain a steady pipeline of leads
Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients, primarily in the legal industry, and qualify leads
- Schedule appointments and ensure that leads show up for their meetings
- Overcome objections and handle gatekeepers to reach decision-makers
- Maintain and update lead data in the companyβs CRM system (GoHighLevel)
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions from appointment booking to the sales process
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly call quotas and appointment-setting goals
- Follow up consistently with leads and maintain communication until the appointment is confirmed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the legal industry or working with law firms
- Previous experience using lead-generation tools such as ZoomInfo or Cognizant
- Knowledge of appointment-setting best practices and tools
