Collections Account Manager

Summary

Join Clipboard Health as a Billing Account Manager and ensure the smooth management of billing processes for our facility partners. You will be a key resource for resolving billing issues, maintaining accurate invoicing, and fostering strong financial relationships. This role involves managing a portfolio of accounts, conducting outbound calls to address past-due balances, and resolving invoice disputes. You will build trust with providers and clearly articulate billing processes. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, experience in relationship management and billing, and a willingness to work within US working hours. Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of accounts, addressing billing concerns and ensuring timely invoice payments
• Conduct high volumes of outbound calls to chase customers with past due account balances
• Help resolve customer invoice disputes and other billing related issues
• Manage customer payments and remittances
• Build trust with providers and healthcare executives through strong financial acumen
• Clearly articulate the billing processes and educate stakeholders on invoicing procedures
• Gather and relay feedback to improve billing systems and processes
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute billing-related initiatives and trials
