Summary

The Commercial Account Executive at Pinecone will manage leads, drive sales, ensure customer success, and position for expansion. The candidate should have prior experience in the infrastructure/data software space and a minimum of 3+ years in a sales role. Bonus points are given for experience in a start-up environment, PLG GTM experience, and an understanding of MEDDPIC. Requirements

  • Prior experience working in the infrastructure / data software. space
  • Minimum 3+ years experience in a sales role, closing net new logos

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound leads through the PLG and MQL channels
  • Lead all sales-related activities through the stages of the buying journey while following Pinecone’s defined sales process
  • Selling and winning against competitors
  • Ensuring the customer is deployed successfully and positioned for expansion

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a start-up environment
  • PLG GTM experience
  • An understanding of MEDDPIC
