Commercial Copywriter

Summary

Join Kahoot! as a Commercial Copywriter and become a key member of our international Customer Experience team. You will create engaging marketing materials to promote Kahoot!'s solutions, focusing on user activation, engagement, and retention. This role involves planning and creating cross-channel content, including landing pages, pricing pages, and digital marketing campaigns. The position offers a hybrid work setup and is based in Barcelona, Spain, or remotely in the UK. You will report to the Team Lead of Marketing Communications and work closely with the business unit for home. The ideal candidate possesses strong copywriting skills, experience in B2B and B2C, and a deep understanding of digital marketing.

Requirements

• Proficient in written English at an academic level (level C2), either natively or fluently
• A relevant undergraduate degree, such as English Language or Literature, Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, or Creative Writing
• Knowledgeable about the education sector, preferably K-12
• 3+ years of copywriting experience within an in-house creative department or at an advertising, media, or performance marketing agency
• You have a strong understanding of digital and product platforms and their use in marketing
• Experience/expertise in both B2B and B2C copywriting
• Experience leveraging KPIs, data, and metrics and applying learnings in real-time
• Experience using content management systems

• Create engaging copy to help promote Kahoot!’s solutions, working closely with our business unit for home
• Work on content to increase user activation, engagement, and retention
• Plan and create cross-channel content to support our business goals, such as landing pages, pricing pages, in-product marketing, digital marketing campaigns, blogs, and more
• Work on the end-to-end delivery of digital marketing content - actively participating in briefings, developing and executing concepts (independently and with the team), determining solutions, and presenting work to stakeholders
