Commercial Lines Account Manager

Summary

Join ReSource Pro as a Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager and contribute to our growing service delivery team. This remote position, open to US residents in any time zone, involves managing large commercial insurance client books of business, driving customer retention, and expanding coverage. You will evaluate carrier relationships, provide quality customer service, implement ReSource Pro solutions, and collaborate with colleagues. Success requires 3-7 years of relevant experience, an active Property and Casualty insurance license, and Agency Management System experience. Requirements

• 3-7 years Property and Casualty insurance experience or related coverage experience in a retail agency or service center
• Active Resident Property and Casualty insurance license
• Experience working in Agency Management System

Responsibilities

• Manage large books of business for commercial lines insurance clients
• Drive customer retention and market additional lines of coverage to grow business and properly insure risks
• Evaluate carrier relationships, commercial insurance products, and market placement
• Provide quality and timely service to customers and clients
• Research, provide recommendations and implement ReSource Pro solutions for clients
• Work in a variety of Agency Management Systems to complete tasks
• Lead day-to-day customer interactions
• Use your subject matter expertise to consult with customers and advise colleagues
• Gather information about client needs and insurance solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Non-resident licenses for other states
• Industry designations such as CPCU, CIC, CISR, ARM
• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to adapt and succeed within a team-oriented environment
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
