We are seeking a motivated individual to manage outbound campaigns, schedule appointments, and build partnerships. The role involves residential outreach to Vietnamese homeowners and commercial outreach to property managers and decision-makers. You will utilize various tools like Hail Recon and CRMs to track leads and manage communication. The ideal candidate has experience in cold outreach and appointment setting, strong communication skills, and familiarity with relevant tools. Competitive compensation includes a base salary, allowances, performance-based bonuses, and remote work.

Requirements

• Experience with cold outreach, appointment setting, or inside sales
• Comfortable communicating with both homeowners and business professionals
• Strong verbal communication and confidence in cold calling
• Organized, proactive, and capable of managing lead generation end-to-end
• Familiarity with tools like Hail Recon , CRMs, VoIP systems, and outreach platforms

Responsibilities

• Residential Outreach (Vietnamese Homeowners)
• Create and manage outbound campaigns (email, SMS, and voicemail drops) in Vietnamese
• Use Hail Recon (already available) to identify hail-affected ZIP codes
• Launch targeted outreach to schedule roof inspection appointments post-storm
• Track leads, campaign responses, and appointment outcomes
• Commercial Outreach (Partnership Development)
• Build targeted lists of property managers and commercial decision-makers
• Cold call to introduce services and pitch a strategic partnership appointment with Cindy
• Manage and update CRM - Job Nimbus with accurate records
• Conduct light research to qualify leads and personalize outreach
• Follow up via email/SMS to confirm appointments and maintain communication

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in roofing, construction, or home services industry
