Requirements

  • Sales experience, preferably at a technology company, with a track record of top performance
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager/Business Development/Partnership Manager
  • Proven success partnering and working cross-functionally to make things happen
  • An established relevant business network
  • Willingness and ability to take smart risks based on solid strategy and deep customer understanding
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Flexibility and proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Fluent in English. Other languages are a plus!
  • Able to travel internationally

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to secure new business by establishing relationships with partners
  • Manage various partner accounts; understand partners' capabilities and strategize with partner members to grow the relationship
  • Build and develop long-term strategic partnerships
  • Identify new sales opportunities within existing partners to broaden the scope of services offered to existing clients/new clients
  • Maintain personal networks, participate in professional organizations, attend conferences and industry events, and develop other means of generating interest from potential clients
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts
  • Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to drive business growth, analyze partnership performance, and identify opportunities for improvement

Preferred Qualifications

Technical knowledge of payments will be considered a plus
