Summary

Join Deel, a rapidly growing SaaS company, as a Strategic Partnerships Manager for the ANZ region. This role focuses on identifying, managing, and growing strategic partnerships to support Deel's Enterprise business. You will build executive-level relationships, understand HCM technology, and work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. The goal is to drive Enterprise-sourced pipeline and revenue through the partner ecosystem. You will manage partner relationships from onboarding to enablement and pipeline generation, supporting co-selling motions and co-marketing campaigns. This position requires strong communication, commercial acumen, and experience in strategic partnerships within the Enterprise sector.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in a strategic partnerships, alliances, or channel role (Enterprise focus preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the HCM, HR Tech and Workforce Management customers
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales teams and supporting quota-carrying objectives
  • Strong commercial acumen and able to report on partner pipeline, conversion, and ROI
  • Experience working in a fast-growing, global, or remote-first environment
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with partners across the region

Responsibilities

  • Identify and activate key partnerships that support Enterprise segment growth, including HCM technologies, HR Tech and Workforce Management companies
  • Manage partner relationships end-to-end, from onboarding to enablement and pipeline generation
  • Work closely with the Enterprise APAC sales team to align partner efforts to priority segments, named accounts, and revenue targets
  • Support and scale co-selling motions, including joint planning, deal support, and executive alignment
  • Launch and optimise co-marketing campaigns (events, webinars, ABM, content syndication) targeted at Enterprise buyers
  • Partner with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to ensure partner performance, referral accuracy, and reporting
  • Maintain visibility of pipeline influence and track partner contribution to Enterprise quota attainment
