Join Deel's fast-growing team as a Senior Partnership Manager and make a direct impact. This isn't just a sales role; it's a chance to shape the growth of a critical business segment by managing a large portfolio of insurance broker partners. You will build lasting relationships through in-person engagements and work cross-functionally with the sales team. As an early member of the Broker Partner Team, you'll partner with leadership to influence how Deel develops these partnerships. You'll be responsible for generating high-quality referrals and revenue opportunities, guiding clients through strategic decisions, and exceeding quota. Deel is heavily investing in this ecosystem, making your role highly impactful.
Requirements
- 4+ years of partnership sales experience, preferably in SaaS, technology, or working with brokers
- Proven ability to meet and exceed a defined quota based on a book of business
- Consistent track record of high performance (top 10% of your sales organization or similar)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote environment where priorities shift rapidly
Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with insurance brokers to generate high-quality referrals and revenue opportunities
- Guide clients through strategic decisions, including product configurations, compliance needs, and workflow improvements
- Consistently meet or exceed quota, driving SQOs through broker-sourced opportunities
- Become a Deel product expert, delivering clear, tailored demos that educate partners
- Stay informed about the competitive landscape and position Deel effectively in every deal
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales development, and solutions teams to influence product development
- Meet with partners in person at least once or twice a month to deepen relationships and strengthen long-term partnerships
- Be an activation expert to quickly transition a new partner from signed to engaged and revenue-generating, ensuring the relationship starts strong and scales efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with HRIS, HCM, or related software is highly preferred
