Requirements

  • 5+ years in Human Resources, with at least 3 years supporting a commercial in a multicultural environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
  • Demonstrated proficiency in HR disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, talent management, and change management, with a deep understanding of the commercial function
  • Strong understanding of commercial operations and KPIs, with the ability to translate business goals into impactful people strategies
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills, capable of identifying trends, solving complex problems, and making data-backed recommendations
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the organization. Strong consulting and coaching skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop deep partnerships with Commercial Division leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability
  • Lead performance management efforts, including coaching leaders on best practices, developing talent pipelines, and implementing development plans that drive commercial results
  • Support succession planning to ensure the division is prepared to meet both current and future business needs
  • Provide guidance and strategies to manage organizational changes within the division, ensuring minimal disruption and high engagement during transitions
  • Leverage HR metrics and analytics to identify trends, inform strategic decisions, and track progress against commercial and HR objectives
  • Champion initiatives that drive employee engagement, improve retention, and foster a culture where employees are motivated to achieve and exceed business goals
