As a Commercial People Business Partner, you will support our Commercial division, driving HR initiatives that align with our business objectives and support our commercial teams' success.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Human Resources, with at least 3 years supporting a commercial in a multicultural environment
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
- Demonstrated proficiency in HR disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, talent management, and change management, with a deep understanding of the commercial function
- Strong understanding of commercial operations and KPIs, with the ability to translate business goals into impactful people strategies
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills, capable of identifying trends, solving complex problems, and making data-backed recommendations
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the organization. Strong consulting and coaching skills
Responsibilities
- Develop deep partnerships with Commercial Division leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability
- Lead performance management efforts, including coaching leaders on best practices, developing talent pipelines, and implementing development plans that drive commercial results
- Support succession planning to ensure the division is prepared to meet both current and future business needs
- Provide guidance and strategies to manage organizational changes within the division, ensuring minimal disruption and high engagement during transitions
- Leverage HR metrics and analytics to identify trends, inform strategic decisions, and track progress against commercial and HR objectives
- Champion initiatives that drive employee engagement, improve retention, and foster a culture where employees are motivated to achieve and exceed business goals
