Summary

Join TechInsights as a Segment Leader and drive growth within the Product Manufacturer customer segment. This executive role prioritizes Annualized Recurring Revenue (ARR), Active User growth, and sales enablement. You will be responsible for driving product enhancements, creating new products, and collaborating with sales to achieve growth. A key aspect involves working with marketing and product teams to leverage TechInsights' analysis and data to increase recurring user engagement and revenue. This role significantly influences product development, marketing messaging, and investment prioritization. The position requires 5-10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or segment management, within the Information Services or similar industry, and a 4-year college degree.

Requirements

  • Requires 5-10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or segment management
  • Requires 5-10 years of experience working in the Information Services, Research and Analysis, or similar industry
  • Requires a 4 year college degree or greater
  • Experience working directly with customers and sales teams

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize personas to target within the customer segment(s)
  • Leverage existing content plans across the capability units
  • Create materials which provide clarity about the high value recurring use cases for the product offers
  • Driving Existing Account Growth
  • Build specific plans to support sales initiatives to drive growth based on current account plans
  • Identify opportunities to leverage approaches used across the customer segment(s)
  • Segment leader should touch each customer in their customer segment(s) at least twice per quarter
  • Drive renewal risk mitigation efforts
  • Driving New Logo Penetration
  • Identify and prioritize new logo targets and work with Marketing and the BDR teams for outreach and quick qualification
  • Focus on targeting prospects at the top end of the SAM
  • Work closely with Sales to develop and refine Segment specific enablement to accelerate the sales motion
  • Drive and refined the segment plan(s) to
  • Drive Active User Growth
  • Drive Existing Account Growth
  • Drive New Logo Penetration
  • Work with Product Management to enhance products and product offers to drive increased value to customers
  • Develop and communicate a roadmap of enhancements to increase value and depth for customers in the segment
  • Develop case studies based on high value, recurring use cases for our content to be used for marketing and sales purposes
  • Facilitate in execution of the Product Offer Activation efforts for all customers purchasing Product Offers

  • Product Manufacturing Planning, Design, and Manufacturing, and Supply Chain Management
  • Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipment Marketing, Planning, and Design
  • Works effectively through ambiguity and is able to create lightweight structures to enable both scale and agility
  • Manages through unforeseen obstacles and challenges to drive results
  • Drives follow through both with themselves and with their business partners
  • Communicates complex concepts; anticipates potential objections and influences others to adopt a different point of view
