Community Manager

Summary

Join GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service company, as a part-time, remote Community Manager based in Latin America. You will develop and implement strategies to attract new members and expand our online presence. Responsibilities include managing social media, creating engaging content, and analyzing key performance metrics. The ideal candidate possesses 1+ years of experience in community building and social media management, strong communication skills, and advanced English proficiency. Compensation ranges from $400-$800 USD per month, and the position is for an independent contractor with a 2-month trial period. Remote work is a key feature of this role.

Requirements

• 1+ years of proven experience in community building, marketing, and social media management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Advanced or Fluent English (C1+) is required
• Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative strategies to drive community growth and engagement
• Reliable and Organized professional with proficiency in social media management tools and platforms, with a track record of success in content creation and community management

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for attracting new members, nurturing existing relationships, and expanding the client’s online presence to drive community growth and engagement
• Oversee the management and growth of our presence on social media platforms, including LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, etc
• Ensure the creating of engaging content, scheduled posts, and effective interactions with followers to increase brand visibility and attract new followers
• Develop content strategies that align with the organization's goals and resonate with the target audience. Lead the creation of engaging content such as blog posts, articles, and newsletters
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to community growth, engagement, and social media activity
• Prepare regular reports to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize community growth initiatives
