Community Manager

Summary

The Community Manager will develop and manage online and offline communities, organize events, collaborate with the design team, gather feedback, promote the company brand, and monitor community operations data. A Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related fields is preferred, along with 2-3 years of experience in community management or related roles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related fields
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in community management, social media operations, or related roles
• Proficiency with major social media platforms and community management tools
• Excellent content creation and distribution skills
• Strong communication skills, able to effectively interact with users from diverse cultural backgrounds
• Solid data analysis capabilities

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage online and offline communities
• Organize and plan community events
• Ensure active participation of community members
• Develop and implement community content strategies
• Collaborate with the design team to produce visual content
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with community members, KOLs, and stakeholders
• Gather and analyze user feedback to understand user needs and market trends
• Promote the company brand through social media and other channels
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences
• Monitor and analyze community operations data, produce regular reports

Background in blockchain or fintech industries is a plus
