Requirements

• Proven experience as a Community Manager (minimum 5 years)
• Deep knowledge of football (Champions League and Mexican football culture)
• Experience in managing social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and YouTube channels
• Ability to manage and moderate live interactions on digital platforms
• Excellent Spanish communication skills

Responsibilities

• Moderate comments on social media related to the podcast
• Publish podcast episodes every two weeks on YouTube
• Moderate the live chat during episode releases, simulating live broadcasts
• Ensure constant and effective communication with the podcast's audience
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure content alignment with brand objectives
• Monitor and analyze performance, adjusting the strategy as necessary
