Join Booksy's global team as the US Community Marketing Manager and empower beauty and wellness entrepreneurs in Texas. You will build vibrant communities for beauty professionals in key Texas cities, driving engagement and contributing to acquisition and activation goals. Develop strategies to foster strong connections among providers, amplify the brand through compelling content and events, and understand local market needs. Lead the conversation and become the go-to expert for Texas-based communities. The role involves cultivating relationships with brand ambassadors, designing community engagement strategies, organizing local events, acting as a liaison between global teams and US communities, and driving local campaigns across various marketing channels. Compensation includes a base salary of $85,000-105,000.
Requirements
- Proven, hands-on experience in community, social and/ or event marketing
- Experience owning marketing campaigns from beginning to end
- Specific knowledge of local marketing and community building strategies
- Strong project management skills, especially when multitasking for events and large-scale campaigns
- A data-driven approach to inform your marketing decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams
- A 'get-it-done' attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Cultivate powerful relationships with local brand ambassadors and community influencers, turning passion into widespread brand visibility
- Design and execute targeted community engagement strategies that enhance provider-to-provider referrals and build strong networks
- Organize and lead engaging local events, workshops, and seminars that educate and inspire, boosting Booksyβs credibility in the beauty sector
- Act as a vital link between our global teams and the specific needs of our US communities, ensuring our product and marketing efforts resonate locally
- Drive impactful local campaigns across various marketing channels (e.g., email, social, direct mail, OOH), making a tangible difference to market share, particularly in Texas
