Summary

Join Stavvy's Customer Support team as a Temporary Concierge Specialist! This 12-month contract role (with potential extension) focuses on ensuring smooth remote online notary (RON) closings for enterprise partners. You will be the primary point of contact for various stakeholders throughout the closing process, collaborating with internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and excels in fast-paced environments. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to product improvements and shape an exceptional customer experience. The position is based in Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones. Requirements

  • Be a dedicated, resourceful professional who excels in a fast-paced environment, with a deep commitment to customer success and a knack for finding tailored solutions that drive long-term satisfaction
  • Be proficient in computer usage, with the ability to navigate various software applications and online platforms
  • Possess experience in the mortgage origination or title industry, with a strong understanding of workflows and processes
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy to ensure smooth closing meetings
  • Possess strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders in a professional setting

Responsibilities

  • Work with enterprise partners during the remote online notary (RON) closing process to ensure a smooth transaction
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of Lender and Title workflows, efficiently supporting key enterprise partners, and ensuring best practices are upheld across customer, notary, and signer interactions
  • Serve as the point of contact for enterprise customers, title partners, notaries, and signers during the closing process
  • Collaborate with our title partners to prepare for the closing to ensure a smooth transaction
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Training, Account Management, and Customer Success to proactively address issues, enhance the Stavvy platform experience, and ultimately support our companyโ€™s goals of high satisfaction and seamless transactions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience with RON (Remote Online Notarization) software
  • Be familiar with Encompass or other mortgage management platforms
  • Have experience with document generation platforms like Docutech
  • Have experience with ticketing systems such as Zendesk to manage customer interactions and support tickets efficiently
  • Have experience with web-based software tools such as Google Suite, Confluence, and Jira to facilitate collaboration, documentation, and project management
