Summary
Join Sure, a rapidly growing insurtech company, as their Connect Sales & Partnerships Manager! This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on sales execution, leading a team while actively participating in deals. You will drive the go-to-market strategy for the Connect business line, develop sales processes, coach team members, build key stakeholder relationships, and identify new market opportunities. The ideal candidate possesses extensive B2B software sales experience, including leadership experience in a high-growth environment. Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B software sales experience, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role
- Proven track record of personal sales success and team leadership in a high-growth environment
- Deep understanding of modern sales methodologies and ability to train others effectively
- Experience selling technical solutions to enterprise and/or mid-market businesses, preferably in insurtech or fintech
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to sales management
- Background in building and optimizing sales processes in growing organizations
- Excellence in cross-functional collaboration and executive communication
Responsibilities
- Drive Connect's go-to-market strategy and execution, leading a team of Directors and BDRs while maintaining an active sales presence
- Develop and optimize sales processes specific to embedded insurance solutions, ensuring efficient customer acquisition and strong conversion rates
- Coach and mentor team members while demonstrating best practices through active deal participation
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the property management, automotive, and retail sectors
- Collaborate with leadership to identify new market opportunities and refine product-market fit
- Create and implement sales training programs focused on consultative selling of embedded insurance solutions
- Design scalable sales operations frameworks that support team growth and efficiency
