Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to discuss technical construction topics with a wide range of audiences
• Flexibility to travel to properties in different geographical locations
• Multiple years of experience as a Construction Project Manager in retail, hospitality or commercial construction

Responsibilities

• Lead new store build outs, working closely with an appointed architect and / or designer
• Coordinate and oversee construction and renovation projects at new stores in preparation for store openings ensuring all store designs are in line with company standards and projects are completed on time and on budget
• Implement the preconstruction, construction, commissioning and project closeout phases of each construction project with an emphasis on establishing and maintaining project controls and completing projects in a timely and cost-effective manner
