Summary

Join NeuraFlash, a leading AI and Salesforce innovator, as a DocuSign Solutions Architect. You will work with clients to define requirements, propose and deliver solutions, architect and build DocuSign implementations for Lead-to-Cash solutions, and configure DocuSign solutions using platform tools. You will partner with the Lead-to-Cash and Artificial Intelligence team to create connected Salesforce solutions with DocuSign, acquire and maintain DocuSign certifications, and be a NeuraFlash evangelist in the DocuSign community.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working on project and consulting teams
• 2+ years of implementations experience of Conga or DocuSign
• Prior experience as a Consultant with Conga or DocuSign
• 2+ years of experience selling and delivering business solutions on the Conga or DocuSign platforms; demonstrated ability to speak to the delivery approach(es) and considerations for different sizes and scales of projects and clients across Salesforce clouds
• 3+ DocuSign and/or Conga certifications
• Experience in all phases of services delivery, software development, and testing life cycles
• Expert at project delivery, including all aspects of program management and the SDLC
• Experience in management of established technology and product departments with mature program management processes and standards for both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
• Experience with building out project and program teams and organizing programs for success
• Experienced management with a strong history of mentoring others
• Background or relevant education in Operations, Legal, and Contract Management

Responsibilities

• Work with our customers to define requirements, propose & deliver solutions
• Architect and build best-in-class implementations of DocuSign for Lead-to-Cash solutions
• Configure DocuSign Solutions using point-and-click tools available on the platform (e.g., Templates, Forms, Workflows, and Platform setup)
• Partner with our Lead-to-Cash and Artificial Intelligence team to create connected Salesforce solutions with DocuSign for our customers
• Ability to quickly acquire new technical expertise and understanding of latest DocuSign features and major launches
• Advise our customers of solution tradeoffs to assist in the cost / benefit analysis, taking into account business process, architecture, and IT operating model
• Acquire and maintain all applicable DocuSign Certifications
• Be a NeuraFlash evangelist in the DocuSign Community, and help us cultivate a company culture of success (company and personal) and fun
