Join Veeva Systems, a leading life sciences industry cloud company, as a Professional Services Consultant in our growing European team. This remote, full-time, permanent role involves implementing Veeva Quality solutions for consumer product customers. You will collaborate with project teams, gather requirements, configure solutions, and ensure customer success. The ideal candidate possesses consulting experience and QMS implementation expertise within the consumer products industry or deep knowledge of quality business processes. Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in supporting the implementation, design, and/or administration of Quality information/data/document management solutions within the Consumer Products, Cosmetics, or Food & Beverages industries
• Or, 5+ years’ experience business processes within the Consumer Products, Cosmetics, or Food & Beverages industries
• Self-starter and motivated individual with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
• Good communication skills
• Ability to quickly understand customer requirements and create corresponding solution designs
• Understanding of document and data collection and storage
• General understanding of compliance and computer systems validation requirements
• 4-year Degree or equivalent work experience required
• Flexibility to travel (minimum of 2 days per month)
• Fluency in English
• Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in Europe

Responsibilities

• Implement Veeva Quality solutions for our CP customers as a key member of our dynamic project teams
• Conduct/Participate in workshops, gather system requirements, design, configure, and validate Veeva solutions
• Work closely with customer's business and IT stakeholders to design a solution that adheres to the industry's best practices and aligns with customer needs
• Support customer success from the beginning to the end of the engagement
• Continue to expand and develop industry knowledge to enhance our delivery model to meet the changing business needs of Veeva and our customers
• Provide insight and recommendations to improve our technology and work closely with our Product team to ensure the best solutions for our customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional experience with Claims Substantiation, EHS, Clinical, Safety, or Regulatory business processes
• Direct experience with regulated systems or data-driven applications such as Veeva solutions, SharePoint, NextDocs, Documentum, FirstDoc /FirstPoint, Trackwise, Medidata, Liquent Insight
• SaaS/Cloud delivery experience
• Document/data migration experience
• PMP certification / Scrum certification
• Execution experience with Agile methodology
• Fluency in another European language (French, Spanish, German, Italian): Ideally a French speaker
