Summary

Join our team as a DX Solution Project Lead! This remote position requires leading projects, performing hands-on analysis and modeling, developing business models with clients, and collaborating with stakeholders. You will identify and frame complex challenges, create necessary documentation, coordinate resources, define requirements, and support clients in building digital strategies. The role also involves project management and staying updated on industry trends. Fluency in Japanese and English is essential, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in DX consultation and data analytics project leadership within an IT service company or operating business.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years previous experience in DX consultation business practice
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT service company and/or an operating business leading data analytics projects
• Excellent skills in using statistical computer languages
• Excellent analytic and reasoning skills
• Strong and proven issue solving skills, with the ability to identify and generate alternative solutions to changing situations
• Japanese and English language fluency

Responsibilities

• Lead DX Solution projects with hands-on analysis and modeling, drawing from multiple analytical methods
• Identify, prioritize, frame and structure complex and ambiguous challenges
• Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions
• Create associated documents which include, but are not limited to, requirement list, project proposal, project review etc
• Coordinate with associated resources to implement models and monitor outcomes
• Define requirements, design, plan projects, prepare data, conduct data analysis, and review projects in order to define the next step
• Define requirements at the implementation stage by corresponding with appropriate internal and external resources
• Help clients build realistic and scalable digital strategies that meet their company specific needs
• Assume the project manager role, leading the team on the DX projects, and ensure the deliverables are successful
• Liaise with stakeholders in updating them about the project status, risk, challenges or any potential issues, whenever required
• Constantly stay updated on the transformation areas, business themes, and opportunities available for exploitation
