Requirements

  • 5+ years experience selling into consumer service brands
  • Well respected in the industry with a strong network
  • Firm understanding of the digital landscape including the evolution of measurement, impact of privacy and AI on marketing
  • Strategic minded person who can hold a conversation with all levels of management
  • Strong independent thinker who is highly motivated
  • Currently has or is able to build a highly engaged social presence on Linkedin through content generation
  • Comfortable sourcing and prospecting own leads
  • Ability to partner with internal and external partners to grow customer base
  • Expert in using outreach tools for prospecting prospective clients
  • Command an impressionable presence at speaking events, round tables and conferences

Responsibilities

  • Conduct discovery and appraisal meetings with prospective clients to assess/validate business and marketing strategy needs
  • Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem to generate business analyses and narratives to be presented to prospects
  • Prospect proficiently in order to build a pipeline of potential clients and increase Power Digital’s recognition
  • Target ideal clients and brands for longevity that will best suit the Power digital ICP
  • Actively communicate with channel departments to ensure knowledge of current and upcoming strategy offerings
  • Consistently network with new/existing customers, personal network, business contacts, etc. to build out referral partner network
  • Liaising with Activation leadership to improve Consumer Service strategy output and value propositioning
  • Iteration and improvement to the Consumer Service appraisal process
  • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
  • Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
  • Hit monthly GP Sales Quota (4+ deals / mos): New monthly GP sales quota (70% of the total as retainer / 30% project)
  • KPI: Run 5+ Discovery Calls/Set 5+ Discovery Calls per week (as needed to maintain sales quota)
  • KPI: Run 7+ nova audits per month with the support of the nova analyst team (as needed to maintain sales quota)
  • KPI: Win 5+ proposals per month (as needed to maintain sales quota)
  • Actively communicate with Consumer Service Activation leadership to ensure knowledge of current and upcoming offerings, as well as changes in strategy best practices
  • Actively and consistently work with the Strategy and nova Analyst teams to iterate and improve appraisal output and elevate the product for Consumer Service
  • Consistently network with new and existing customers to expand potential prospects
  • Value individual feedback and promote an overall developmental environment for your future team
