Summary

Join Sand Cherry Associates as a Content Author and contribute to a technology organization's digital experience, encompassing the Web Stack, Buyflow, Customer Portal, and Mobile applications. This 9-12 month consulting engagement, which can be remote, requires creating, managing, and structuring content using the KMS Lighthouse platform. The role demands collaboration with Brand and Engineering teams, ensuring content aligns with design specifications and strategic objectives. Candidates must possess proven experience with KMS Lighthouse and strong content modeling skills. Requirements

• Proven, hands-on experience authoring and managing content directly within the KMS Lighthouse platform with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience
• Bachelors degree in English, Communications or similar degree
• Strong practical experience with content modeling and management principles, including execution in KMS Lighthouse
• Exceptional English writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Demonstrated attention to detail, particularly regarding content quality, structural integrity, and accuracy
• Ability to work within Client facing environment, providing exceptional content delivery solutions and the ability to make recommendations as needed requiring a solutions-oriented mindset
• Ability to work with many different cross functional teams and departments
• Must be able to deliver immediate content focused solutions and operations requiring little ramp up time
• Adaptability, flexibility and strong sense of professionalism in the workplace

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing effective content models within KMS Lighthouse
• Authoring, editing, and publishing high-quality, accurate content
• Collaborating closely with our Brand and Engineering teams to ensure content meets design specifications, technical requirements, and overall strategic objectives
• Ensuring content consistency and adherence to our brand guidelines
• Assisting our team with Spanish language translation review and basic content adaptation/localization

Benefits

• For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Sand Cherry Associates is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is a consulting engagement, with an hourly range of $70-85/hr. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role
