Summary

Join Xplor Pay as a Marketing Specialist to contribute to campaign execution, email setup, and content creation. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will build marketing emails in Salesforce Account Engagement, draft compelling copy, and ensure all communications are accurate and on-brand. This role requires collaboration across teams, strong writing skills, and meticulous attention to detail. The position offers fully remote work in the US and a salary range of $60,000 to $70,000, with a potential annual bonus. Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a B2B marketing or communications role
  • Extremely strong writer and editor – confident drafting and polishing marketing content
  • Excellent attention to detail – someone who naturally spots typos and inconsistencies
  • Experience working in WordPress to post, update, and manage content
  • Technically comfortable – able to learn tools, build email flows, and troubleshoot simple formatting issues
  • Organized and dependable – you follow through, meet deadlines, and keep projects moving

Responsibilities

  • Build and schedule marketing emails using Salesforce Account Engagement
  • Write and edit marketing copy for newsletters, email campaigns, product updates, and more
  • Plan and manage content and timelines for campaigns, webinars, and one-off communications
  • Post and update content on our WordPress websites, including blog posts, support articles, and landing pages
  • Support email list segmentation and data hygiene to improve targeting
  • Test and ensure email content is accurate, properly formatted, and functions correctly across devices
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, and Design to gather content and align messaging
  • Track and report on campaign performance, suggesting optimizations over time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Account Engagement or other marketing automation software is a plus
  • Knowledge of HTML or email template editing is a bonus
