Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in content creation and visual formatting
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools
  • Attention to detail and a good eye for layout and branding
  • Comfortable working with and applying brand guidelines
  • Excellent written English and communication skills
  • Self-starter, able to manage priorities independently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Open to feedback and flexible with evolving project needs

Responsibilities

  • Format and visually enhance program documents using Microsoft Word templates
  • Create visually appealing slide decks in PowerPoint aligned with branding guidelines
  • Refresh and rebrand existing content assets
  • Source and apply branded visuals for blogs and social posts
  • Support social media content creation (primarily LinkedIn)
  • Conduct LinkedIn outreach using tools like Sales Navigator (e.g., identifying and messaging potential connections)
  • Upload content/assets into Kajabi and assist with basic platform updates
  • Post and manage blogs on WordPress websites
  • Manage and organize content in cloud storage (Google Drive and/or MS Teams)
  • Ensure consistent visual branding across all assets
  • Assist with email content formatting (e.g., Mailchimp, Kajabi)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using LinkedIn for content marketing is a plus
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Kajabi, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
